1. Services

Anthonia Companion LLC provides non-medical, in-home companion care for older adults, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands and transportation support. These services are non-medical and do not include nursing, medication administration, or hands-on personal care.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and conditions at the service location. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety or legal reasons.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates we provide are non-binding unless confirmed in writing. The final price may vary based on the scope of support, the schedule requested, conditions at the service location, or unforeseen circumstances that arise during care.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled outside the website. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the agreed services. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the home for scheduled visits. Pets and any household hazards must be secured before a caregiver arrives. Cancellation terms will be communicated as part of the service arrangement.

5. SMS Messaging Terms
